Fun Day With Crocodile River Music Company
Today, the children were able to experience music and dancing from around the world. We had two sessions with the Crocodile River Music Company. They first taught us a group dance and group call to prepare us for the whole school show at the end of the day. At the whole school presentation, Crocodile River Music shared instruments and music from around the world. Students participated throughout the whole program. There was so much fun energy in that gymnasium! We ended our time with a whole group dance and song. Thank you to LINK for sponsoring this fun cultural event!
Writing Comparisons
We have been working on text comparisons. The students used a Venn Diagram to compare a temperate rain forest to a tropical rain forest. Together, we used the Venn Diagram graphic organizer to write an organized response. The students were very proud of their finished work!
