Math Groups

Here's a quick peek at one of our small math groups. I use flexible grouping in math to help students at their own level. The other children are practicing their math facts on the computer or playing a math review game with a partner.

Camper of the Week

Our camper enjoyed her time to shine in front of our class. Kate also had fun at her Camper of the Week lunch.

Thanksgiving Show

Thank you all for attending our Annual Second Grade Thanksgiving Show. Also, thank you for the food donations, help setting up and help cleaning up. All of the helping hands make a big difference! The children enjoyed their time to shine on the big stage! We enjoyed catching up with all of our families too. I want to wish you all a Happy Thanksgiving and peaceful season.

Enrichment Presentations

Mrs. Hainey had the children present their research projects on Solids, Liquids and Gases today. Each group researched  one of the states of matter then created a poster. Each group used the poster to present their information.
